Brisbane's Friendliest Community Dance Club
The Morningside Bush Dance Club has been at the heart of community life in Brisbane's inner-east for many years. Held on the 4th Saturday of every month at 590 Wynnum Road, Morningside, our dances are a joyful mix of exercise, music and socialising — the kind you just don't find anywhere else.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or setting foot on a dance floor for the first time, our experienced callers guide everyone through every set. Kids, teens, retirees, couples, and solo visitors are all equally at home. We finish every afternoon with a proper afternoon tea — it's a genuine community gathering.

Every 4th Saturday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, we host a social dancing session with a talented live band playing traditional Australian and folk dance music.
On-Site Dance Instruction & Calling
Our experienced callers guide dancers through every set — no experience required. Perfect for first-timers and visitors who've never tried bush dancing before.
Family-Friendly Gatherings
All ages are welcome at our community dances. We wrap up every event with a shared afternoon tea — a relaxed, friendly tradition that makes our club special.
